A customer-sent POP helps us identify your payment, but dispatch begins after payment is confirmed through the bank notification or funds received.

Orders are normally dispatched the same day or the next working day after payment and stock confirmation.

Payments confirmed late in the day, on weekends or public holidays may be dispatched on the next working day.

Re-delivery or re-routing may result in an additional courier charge.

You will receive a collection notification when your parcel is ready.

FashionPrice offers free-delivery benefits on qualifying orders.

Some faster delivery options may require an upgrade fee.

Some addresses may be classified as high-risk, remote, farm, mine or special delivery areas.

Door or Overnight Delivery may require an additional courier surcharge or a different delivery method.

• Provide another delivery address
• Pay the surcharge if you still prefer Door / Overnight Delivery

We will contact you before changing the delivery method or requesting extra payment.

The courier may also send updates directly by SMS or Email.

FashionPrice may occasionally use a different courier because of:

• Courier coverage
• High-risk restrictions
• Parcel size
• Delivery location
• Service availability
• Operational delays

If a change affects your delivery type or requires extra payment, we will contact you before dispatch.

Delivery may also be delayed by weather, route conditions, high parcel volumes, remote areas or courier operations.

Weekends and public holidays are normally not included in estimated working-day delivery times.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible.
