  1. Returns for Refund

1.1 If you receive an incorrect parcel, contact the Fashionprice customer service team Whatsapp 084483111 for a return and reimbursement.

1.2 Report any damaged or defective items immediately to qualify for a refund or replacement.

1.3 You may be required to provide photos or additional information for resolution.

  1. Returns for Exchange

2.1 Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

2.2 The original receipt and price tag must be included.

2.3 Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition/packaging.

2.4 Certain items, including intimate apparel, bodysuits, swimwear, etc., are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

2.5 Sale items can only be exchanged for other sale items.

  1. Return Process

3.1 Contact us via WhatsApp at 084431111, explaining the reason for the exchange. Send us the purchase receipt from your previous parcel along with images of the item to be exchanged, including its color and size.

3.2 All returns will be exchanged for different items; please specify the desired exchange item.

3.3 Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

3.4 Return Address

Send items back to PEP store P6763. Please provide the receiver's phone number as 0844831111.

3.5 Return Instructions

 Use PEP store P6763 for returns. Include a clear note specifying the size, color, or item you wish to exchange, along with your purchase receipt.

3.6 Time Limit

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted.

3.7 Condition of Items

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached.

3.8 When returning items, please ensure you send us a photo of your proof of postage along with the return tracking number. This information should be sent to 0844831111.

  1. Lost Packages

Fashionprice is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Please retain proof of postage and a return tracking number.

  1. Incorrect Parcel for Refund

If you receive an incorrect parcel, please contact customer service at 0844831111 or info@fashionprice.co.za. Returns should be sent through PEP store P6763.

We will cover all fees, including the original courier and return fees upon receipt. 

  1. IN STORE RETURNS

 

Visit our store for assistance with exchanges or refunds. Note that the original courier fee will not be refunded.

Bring the receipt received with your order as proof of purchase for the return process.

  1. Exclusions:
  • Returns may be declined if they do not meet our policy criteria or if items show wear or damage not caused by transit.
  • By purchasing from www.fashionprice.co.za, you agree to our return policy as stated. Please take note of this.
