How to order

Welcome to our ordering process! Please follow the steps below to successfully place your order.

 

### 1. Complete the following steps to place your order:

1.1  Add your chosen items to the shopping cart, including color, size, and specifications.
1.2  Click on "Check Out."
1.3  Fill out the order form with the following details:
       - Contact: Your email address
       - Delivery: Choose between shipping or pickup in store
       - Shipping Information: Your name, shipping address (province, city, street, building,      postal code), and mobile number
       - Shipping Method
       - Payment Method
       - Billing Address
1.4   Once you have completed the form, click on "Complete Order."
1. 5  We will contact you via WhatsApp.

### 2. Confirm Your Order 

2.1 Before you make payment ,we will confirm the availability of the items you selected.

2.2 We will reply as soon as possible with availability, images of the actual product, information regarding standard sizing, fit, big cut,fabric stretch, and a size chart.

2.3 Based on the provided size information and your measurements, you will make your final purchase decision.

2.4 We will confirm your order availability during the following hours:

 - Monday to Friday:   9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

 - Saturday:                9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Sunday:                   9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

- Public Holidays:      9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

2.5 Inquiries made outside these hours will be confirmed the next working day after 9:00 AM.

2.6 Please make the payment within one hour after we confirm your order is available. If it has been over 3 hour, let us know to reconfirm your order status before you proceed with the payment.

 

### 3. Calculate Payment

3.1 If some items in your order are out of stock and you choose to proceed, we will recalculate your total payment: product total amount + shipping fee.

3.2  Shipping costs will depend on your desired delivery date, shipping method, package weight, and chosen courier company.

3.3 We recommend placing your order directly on our website.
You can register an account, then sign up for our Rewards Program to earn points.
Points can be exchanged for discount codes, which you can apply at checkout.

3.4 Available courier companies:

 - Aramex :   

   2-3 business days / R100 / Door-to-door

 - Paxi :       

   3-5 business days / Standard size R110;

   Large size R140 /Pickup  from PEP

   7-9 business days / Standard size R60;

   Large size R110 / Pickup from PEP

 - The Courier Guy – Pudo :

   1-4 business days / R69-109 / To Locker / Door-to-door

- Overnight Courier : 

   1-2 business days / The Courier Guy: R185

 

### 4. Payment

 4.1 Before payment, we will send our bank account details, order number, and return/exchange policy via WhatsApp. Please read the return/exchange policy.

4.2 When making your payment, use your order number as a reference. send proof of payment (POP)to WhatsApp 0842141195  .

4.3 If possible, use the same bank for the transfer.

4.4 If transferring between different banks, please select the bank notification method to have the proof of payment sent to our email at info@fashionprice.co.za.

 4.5 We have received the bank's SMS confirmation of the deposit or a direct email from your bank as proof of payment. Once the payment is confirmed, we will ship the order on the same day or the next morning.

4.6 If you do not pay within 3 hour after we confirm your order is in stock, please let us know to confirm the availability again before making your payment.

4.7  If paying by cash deposit, you will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.

4.8 If you make a payment without our confirmation of stock availability, and some items are out of stock, we will refund the amount for the unavailable items.

 

 ### 5. Provide Shipping Information

 5.1 To have your package delivered to your home or workplace, please provide your name, phone number, and complete address (including suburb and postal code). Your address should be searchable on Google Maps, and provide your email address.

5.2 Alternatively, provide the address of your local PEP store and store number or PUDO locker name and locker address.

 

### 6. Shipping

 6.1 Upon receiving your payment, we aim to ship on the same day or the next morning. Please note that logistics companies do not operate on weekends.

6.2 Before shipping, we will check for any defects and other accessories and send a video as confirmation.

6.3 If there are defects or issues with the product, we will discuss options with you before shipping, including discounts, gifts, or refunds.

6.4  Inside your package, you will find a purchase receipt. Please keep it and do not discard it. If you need to return items, include the  receipt in the return package.

6.5  After shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number and the logistics website to track your package.

6.6  If your package is delayed and has not been received, please contact us promptly. We will reach out to the courier company to inquire and resolve the issue.

6.7 Please note that delivery to remote outlying or regional areas, such as mining regions, hazardous locations, and farms, may take longer than the standard delivery timeframe.
