Send an official Proof of Payment (POP)

  1. Complete the payment in your banking app.
  2. Open the completed transaction and choose Send/Share Proof of Payment or Payment Notification.
  3. Select Email and send it directly from your bank to info@fashionprice.co.za.

Open the completed payment and send the official proof/payment notification to info@fashionprice.co.za. Nedbank-to-Nedbank payments normally reflect immediately.

Other bank — View notification guide

Find the completed payment and use your bank's Send/Share proof of payment option. Email the bank-generated POP directly to info@fashionprice.co.za.

When will we start preparing your order?

Nedbank-to-Nedbank: We start processing once Nedbank confirms that the payment has reached our account.

Payment from another bank: We can start processing when the official bank-generated POP is emailed directly to us. A normal EFT usually reflects within 1–2 business days, but payments made after a bank's cut-off time, on a weekend, or around a public holiday may take up to 3 business days.

Immediate payment: This normally reflects much faster, including outside standard banking hours, but availability and fees depend on your bank.
