• If you are transferring between different banks, we will begin processing your order once we receive an email from your bank confirming the payment and providing proof of payment (POP).

3. If you don't send the proof of payment via your bank's email, we will ship your package only after we receive a confirmation SMS from Nedbank regarding your transfer. Interbank transfers usually take 1 to 2 working days. If you transfer funds on the weekend, we might receive the payment by next Tuesday at the latest.
