Return Policy

 1.Returns for Refund:

- If you receive an incorrect parcel, contact Fashionprice customer service team for return and reimbursement.

- Damaged or defective items must be reported immediately for refund or replacement.

   Photos or additional information may be required for resolution.

 2.Returns for Exchange

- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

- Original receipt and price tag must be presented.

- Item must be unused ,unworn and in original condition/packaging.

- Include promotional gifts if applicable.

- Certain items like intimate apparel, bodysuits, swimwear, etc., cannot be returned for hygiene  reasons.

- Final End of Season Sale items are non-returnable.

3.Return Process

**ONLINE RETURNS**

 **Where to Return:**

  - Utilize the Fashionprice online returns portal for items purchased online at www.fashionprice.co.za.

  **Exchange :**

  - All returns will be exchanged for different items  via store credit as an E-Gift Card code.

 **Shipping Costs:**

  - You must cover the shipping costs for returning and exchanging items.

  **Return Address:**

  - Return items to PEP store P6763. Please include a clear note specifying the size, color, or item you wish to exchange with.

 **Return Instructions:**

  - Use PEP store P6763 for sending back items. Provide the receiver's phone number as       0842141195 .

 **Time Limit:**

  - Items must be returned within 7 days of the received date. Returns beyond 7 days will not be accepted.

  **Condition of Items:**

  - items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached.

  **Lost Packages:**

  - Fashionprice is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Retain proof of postage and return tracking number.

 **Incorrect Parcel for Refund:**

  - If you receive the wrong parcel, contact customer services at +27842141195 or info@fashionprice.co.za. Returns should be sent through PEP store P6763. We will cover all fees, including the original courier and return fees upon receipt.

 

**IN STORE RETURNS:**

 

- Visit Fashionprice store for assistance with exchanges or refunds. Note that the original courier fee will not be refunded.

- Bring the receipt received with your order as proof of purchase for the return process.

4. Exclusions:

  • Returns may be declined if they do not meet our policy criteria or if items show wear or damage not caused by transit.
  • By purchasing from www.fashionprice.co.za, you agree to our return policy as stated. Please take note of this.
