How To Order

Step 1:

- Add the item(s) you want to purchase to your Shopping cart.

- Select the size, color, or quantity if necessary. If purchasing only one item, click on "Buy it now."

- Click on "ADD TO cart."

 

Step 2:

- Proceed to checkout when your item selection is completed.

- Click on the cart icon in the top right corner of the page to review the selected item(s) and make any necessary modifications.

- Add a note to your order if needed.

- Click on "CHECKOUT" if you are ready to place the order. Otherwise, continue shopping by browsing the collection list or the homepage.

 

Step 3:

- Log in to your account if you have one. If not, go to the account register at the bottom of the page to create an account. You can also place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account.

 

Step 4:

- Complete the shipping and billing information.

- Provide your contact email address and tick the box if you wish to receive news and offers.

- Select a delivery method.

- Fill in the shipping address with your name, shipping address, postal code, and contact telephone number. If using Pep Paxi for shipping, provide the Pep Store address and Paxi store number. Tick the box to save this information for future orders.

- Choose a shipping method for the courier.

- Select a payment method.

- Choose a billing address or provide a different billing address if needed.

- Apply any available coupon codes and points.

- Click on "PAY NOW."

 

Step 5:

- If paying with a credit card via Payfast, you will be redirected to the PayFast system to complete the purchase.

- If opting for an EFT payment, you will be redirected to a secure payment page with bank details for the EFT payment. Note that bank deposits are not accepted.

- Use your order number as a reference when making the payment.

- Send proof of payment to INFO@FASHIONPRICE.CO.ZA directly from your bank.
