Ordering from FashionPrice is quick and easy.
1. Choose Your Items
Select your preferred colour and size, add the items to your cart, then proceed to checkout.
2. Enter Your Details
At checkout, enter your:
- Full name
- Mobile number
- Delivery address
Then choose delivery or store pickup.
3. Choose Delivery or Pickup
Available delivery options and prices are shown automatically at checkout.
- PUDO Locker
- PAXI Collection
- Door Delivery
- Faster Delivery
- Overnight Delivery
- FashionPrice (Chanson) Store Pickup
4. Complete Your Order
Select EFT β Electronic Funds Transfer, then tap Complete Order.
On the Thank You page you can view:
- Your Order Number
- FashionPrice bank details
- Payment instructions
- WhatsApp / Email options for sending POP
5. Make Payment
After payment, send your Proof of Payment (POP).
- Open your banking app or Internet Banking.
- Choose Payment Notification or Proof of Payment.
- Enter our email: info@fashionprice.co.za
- Your bank will automatically email the payment confirmation to FashionPrice.
We process your order after payment is confirmed.
A customer-sent POP helps us identify your payment. Dispatch begins after payment can be confirmed through a bank notification or funds received.
Please include your Order Number whenever you contact us about payment.
6. Use Your Secure Order Link
After placing your order, you may receive a private FashionPrice Secure Order Link and a 4-digit access code.
Use it to:
- Check stock progress
- View available or unavailable items
- Choose alternatives
- Add, replace or remove items
- Confirm delivery details
- View payment adjustments or refunds
- Check dispatch and tracking
- Submit eligible return or exchange requests
Some changes may require FashionPrice approval and physical stock confirmation before they become final.
7. Paid Orders Receive Priority
Our online inventory is shared with our physical stores and is highly accurate.
For the fastest service, we recommend completing payment after placing your order.
Want to check stock first?
You may contact us before paying for help with:
- Stock availability
- Size & fit
- Fabric stretch
- Measurements
- Product details
Once FashionPrice specifically confirms stock for you, please complete payment within 3 hours.
After 3 hours, availability may need to be checked again.
8. After Payment
Once payment is confirmed, we will:
- Confirm available stock
- Prepare your items
- Check your final order
- Arrange delivery or pickup
- Update your Secure Order Link
If a paid item becomes unavailable, you may choose:
- An available alternative
- Another product
- A refund for the unavailable item
Any additional payment or refund will be shown in your Secure Order summary.
After dispatch, your Secure Order Link may show:
- Courier
- Delivery service
- Tracking Number
- Tracking Link
