  1. **Parcel Pickup**

   When your parcel arrives at a Pudo locker, you will receive a text message and an email containing a unique PIN and QR code. You can use either to collect your parcel from the Pudo locker.

 

  1. **Failure to Pick Up**

   Once you receive notification that your parcel is at a Pudo locker, you have 36 hours to pick it up. If you don't pick it up within this timeframe, it will be sent to the nearest Pudo Kiosk/Depot.

  1. **Tracking Your Parcel**

   To track your parcel, visit the PUDO Customer Portal, click it PUDO | Customer Portal  and enter your tracking number to check the real-time status of your parcel.

 

  1. **Shipping Details for Business or Residential Deliveries**

   When choosing Pudo for delivery to your business or residential address, please provide your contact details, including your name, email address, phone number, or alternative phone number. Additionally, provide your complete address details, which should include the business name (if applicable), unit/complex/building, street address, suburb, city/town, postal code, and province. If sending to a locker, please provide the locker name and address.

 

  1. **Overnight Courier Service**

   - **Cost**: R155

   - **Coverage**: Major Centres, Local Areas

   - **Collection Times**: Book before 14:00 for collection by 14:30.

   - **Delivery Times**: Expect delivery within 1-2 business days.

   - **When to Use**: This option is cost-effective for consignments not exceeding 2kg in actual or volumetric mass.

Once your parcel has been shipped and arrives at your specified Pep store, you will receive an SMS with the tracking number and a notification that your parcel has arrived.   1. **Paxi Store Number:**

When sending a parcel via Paxi, you can use a specific store number, usually starting with the letter "P" followed by a series of digits. This store number identifies the Paxi outlet or partner location. Each Paxi outlet has a unique store number for identification.

 

  1. **When You Choose Paxi for Delivery:**

Please provide us with your name, mobile number, and the address of the Pep store or the Pep store number (P + number).

 

 

 

### Aramex Delivery Service

 

  1. **Parcel Size, Pricing Standards, and Delivery Time**

Parcel Size: 45cm x 35cm, Cost: R100 / To your door 

Delivery to main centers takes 2-3 working days.

 Remote or regional areas may take longer than 72 hours, as service frequency cannot be guaranteed at the time of drop-off. Additional charges may apply if your parcel requires a dedicated trip or if shipments to and from remote areas are needed.

 

  1. **When Will Your Parcel Be Delivered?**

Aramex collects parcels Monday to Friday at 3 PM unless specified otherwise. Delivery to main centers occurs by 5 PM the following business day. Outlying areas may take up to 3 days. If a parcel is dispatched after Wednesday, delays may occur due to the weekend. It is easier and faster to order between Saturday and Tuesday.

 

  1. **How Do I Know If It Is a Main Center?**

There are too many locations to list all main destinations, but any area within 50 km of the following locations is usually considered a main center: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Polokwane, Rustenburg, Nelspruit, Vaal Triangle, Kimberley, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, George, Port Elizabeth, East London, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Stellenbosch, and Richards Bay.

 

  1. **What Is a Remote Outlying Area?**

A remote outlying area is classified as a location that is significantly off the normal delivery route. Examples of special areas include mines, power stations, plots/farms, military bases, game lodges, ports/harbors, embassies, and consulates.

 

  1. How to track your parcel?

  1. What is the waybill number?

The waybill number can be found on the pre-printed shipping pack below the barcode. After we ship your Aramex parcel, we will send you the waybill number, which also serves as the tracking number.
