**How to Take Your Body Measurements:**

 

  1. **Shoulder Measurement:**

   - Stand up straight with your arms relaxed by your sides.

   - To measure your shoulder width, place the "0" end of the measuring tape at the peak of one shoulder (the bony point).

   - Measure across to the back of your neck (the bony area at the base of your neck) and then to the peak of the other shoulder.

   - Alternatively, you can measure a well-fitting blazer by finding the shoulder seam and measuring from the left seam to the right seam, keeping the tape straight. This measurement is essential for fitting tops properly.

 

  1. **Chest Measurement:**

   - Stand up straight with your arms relaxed at your sides.

   - Measure around the fullest part of your chest, ensuring the tape is snug under your armpits and over your shoulder blades.

 

  1. **Waist Measurement:**

   - Stand up straight in a relaxed position.

   - Wrap the measuring tape around the narrowest part of your natural waist, typically located near your belly button.

 

  1. **Hips Measurement:**

   - Stand with your feet together.

   - Measure around the fullest part of your hips and rear, usually midway between your crotch and your belly button.

   - Let your arms hang naturally.
